Position Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of the Ashley Furniture Outlet in Blytheville, AR.

You will:

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Drive revenue and exceed KPIs
  • Create a culture of energy, accountability, and results
  • Act as the face of the brand locally
What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leadership & Culture

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
  • Create a fast-paced, positive, and accountable culture
  • Lead from the front on the sales floor
  • Coach and develop team members on sales performance and customer experience
  • Hold high standards while maintaining strong morale
Sales & Performance

  • Drive store revenue and profitability goals
  • Analyze KPIs (SPG, close rate, traffic, etc.) and adjust strategy daily
  • Lead daily sales huddles and performance check-ins
  • Execute promotions and local marketing initiatives
  • Build momentum and maintain a results-driven environment
Operations

  • Oversee inventory management and merchandising standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually strong showroom
  • Ensure operational consistency and execution
What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of retail management experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
