Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform basic math calculations accurately
- Use phone etiquette skills to assist customers over the phone and schedule appointments or follow-ups
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills to connect with customers and team members confidently
